Healthy Body

Healthy body is influenced by the right food intake.Balance diet is very important to our body.Here are some information on the healthy food intake.
     First,eat less fatty,oil and sugary food.You only need a small amount of this food.Too much fat intake could lead to a serious health problems such as heart disease and overweight.
     Next,eat moderate amount of fish,meat,chicken,eggs,nuts and beans.You need this kind of food for growth.It is important to build your muscles and tissues,so,you need food which it is a source of protein.
     Then,make sure you eat five servings of fruits and vegetables daily.They are nutritious and rich in vitamins,minerals and antioxidants.Eating fruits and vegetables could prevent heart disease,cancer and other health problems.
     Lastly,eat a lot of food from grains,such as bread and rice.This food is very important for you because it gives you energy and provide vital nutrients for the body.
     In conclusion,eat only what you need.Avoid too much sugar and salt in your food.You should also avoid processed foods that contain preservatives,because they are not good for your health.Remember health is wealth.
